Former Trabzonspor forward Emre Güral has disclosed that Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu will score more goals for the club following Mohamed Salah’s arrival.
Recall that the Egyptian international agreed a two-year deal with Turkish side Trabzonspor on Thursday following the expiry of his contract at Anfield, bringing an end to one of the most successful careers in Premier League history.

However, in a chat with Turkiyegazetesi, Güral stated that opposing defenses will focus heavily on Salah, creating extra space and different goalscoring opportunities for Onuachu.
Güral also noted that Onuachu will receive the ball in new ways and find more room inside the box to use his scoring skills.
“Paul Onuachu will now receive the ball in a much different way and create different positions.
“Onuachu will create more space because the opposing team’s players will focus on Mohamed Salah. Onuachu is a very good striker with consistency in scoring goals,” Güral told Turkiyegazetesi.

“So, if he finds a little more space thanks to Salah, he can score many different goals.
“A player like Salah is a plus for any team. When Salah attacks, the opposing team will be forced to try to take precautions.
“Otherwise, Salah will finish the match himself. I think that if precautions are taken against Salah, players like Onuachu will find more space,” Güral concluded.
