The leadership and members of Nzuko Arochukwu Kingdom, Abuja Branch, have endorsed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Dr Chibuzo Okereke, and expressed their continued support for the administration of Governor Alex Otti of Abia State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Okereke gave the endorsement on Sunday, while speaking at a reception held at the Cyprain Ekwensi Arts and Culture Centre, Abuja, where Dr Okereke was received by members of the association.
Okereke, a son of Arochukwu Kingdom and recipient of the traditional title of IKEMBA-ARO, conferred by Eze Dr Eberechukwu Oji, Eze Aro IX of Arochukwu, expressed appreciation to the leadership and members of Nzuko Aro for their reception, prayers, and endorsement.
He also thanked Ndi Aro in Abuja and across the world for their continued support for the administration of Governor Otti, describing the governor’s leadership as a model of accountable governance and development.
Speaking on behalf of the association, the President General of Nzuko Aro, Abuja Branch, Mazi Ogundu, commended Dr Okereke for his leadership, philanthropy, and contributions to social development.
They expressed confidence in his Nigerians First vision for Nigeria and stated their belief that he possesses the capacity to provide purposeful leadership as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
At the event, elder statesman Mazi Clifford Oji 1offered prayers for Dr Okereke, seeking divine guidance, protection, and success for his presidential campaign and victory in the 2027 General Elections.
The Nzuko Aro renewed their support to promote good governance, national unity, and sustainable development.
